Our Esher clinic sits inside FIT Partnership at 50 High Street — in the centre of town rather than a drive up the A3. Much of the private GP care available to this area is run from Surbiton, Guildford, Reigate or central London, which turns a twenty-minute consultation into most of a morning. Being on the high street means an appointment can sit inside a normal day. Every clinician here is GMC-registered and the practice is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Consultations are unhurried by design: ten minutes forces you to lead with the loudest symptom, and it is usually the quieter detail that makes the diagnosis right first time.
Open from 6am, seven days a week
Weekday clinics start at 6am and run until 8pm, with weekend appointments from 10am to 4pm. That early start is deliberate — a fasting blood test or a GP appointment before work is genuinely practical here, rather than something you have to book leave for. You can be seen in clinic, by video, or at home. Home visits cover Esher, Claygate, Cobham, Oxshott, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames and Molesey, and are often the calmest option with an unwell child or an elderly relative. Same and next-day appointments are available across all three.
Consultant expertise alongside your GP
Consultants in gynaecology, cardiology, paediatrics, urology, radiology, palliative medicine and geriatric and stroke medicine all see patients through the practice. When a symptom needs a specialist, we refer directly and arrange the investigation — the scan, the echocardiogram, the blood panel — rather than returning you to the back of a queue. Bloods can usually be taken during the same visit, with most routine panels reported within a working day and reviewed by the GP who ordered them. Arabic-speaking doctors are available at both clinics; simply tell us when you book.
No registration, no change to your NHS GP
There is no registration process and nothing here affects your NHS GP. Use us once for something urgent, or regularly for continuity — either works, and with your consent we share consultation records back to your NHS practice so nothing is lost between the two. All fees are published on our fees page before you book, covering consultations, blood panels, health checks and home visits. Families who use us often tend to prefer a membership plan, which spreads the cost across the year and includes annual checks.
