Describing your health in a second language is harder than it sounds. Symptoms lose their precision, family history gets simplified, and the questions you meant to ask often go unasked. Being able to speak to your doctor in Arabic removes that entirely.
We have Arabic-speaking doctors at both of our Surrey clinics — on Depot Road in Epsom, a short walk from the high street, and inside FIT Partnership on Esher High Street. Both are physically in their towns, rather than serving the area from Reigate, Guildford or central London.
Appointments are available in clinic, by video or at your home, seven days a week, with same and next-day slots. Everything in our standard GP service is available in Arabic — consultations, prescriptions, results and referrals.

All of our doctors are GMC-registered and the practice is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Speaking Arabic is in addition to full UK qualification and NHS experience, not instead of it.
Language matters most in the appointments that are hardest: women's health, mental health, a new cancer diagnosis, or explaining medication to an elderly parent. Being understood in your first language in those conversations changes how much you actually get from them.
We can also see whole families in one visit, and our doctors will speak with relatives abroad where you would like them involved. There is no registration, no effect on your NHS GP, and all fees are published on the fees page.

Many of our Arabic-speaking patients book for a household rather than an individual — a parent's blood pressure, a child's rash, a grandparent's medication review — and we will happily arrange consecutive appointments in one visit. Our household membership is designed for exactly this pattern of use.
Visiting the UK or newly arrived
If you are visiting, studying, or recently moved and not yet registered with an NHS GP, you can still be seen. No registration is needed, and we can provide medical letters, repeat medication where clinically appropriate, and a full record of your consultation to take with you or share with your own doctor.
