We are based on Depot Road, a short walk from the high street. That sounds like a small detail until you need an appointment on a Tuesday morning, or you are trying to get a feverish child seen without a thirty-minute drive first. A good deal of the private GP care available to this part of Surrey is delivered from Reigate, Surbiton, Guildford or central London; ours is delivered here, by doctors who work in the town and know the hospitals, consultants and services around it. The clinic is deliberately unhurried. Consultations are long enough to take a full history rather than the headline version, and the same doctor who examines you is the one who explains your results and arranges what happens next. Same and next-day appointments, seven days a week
We open at 7am on weekdays and run until 10pm, with Saturday and Sunday clinics too. Same-day appointments are the norm rather than a premium extra, and you can choose how you are seen: in clinic on Depot Road, by video from wherever you happen to be, or with a doctor visiting you at home in Epsom and the surrounding villages. Video suits results, medication reviews and anything you can show on camera. In-clinic is right when an examination changes the answer. Home visits are what most families choose for elderly relatives, for post-operative reviews, and for young children who would rather not sit in a waiting room. Whichever you book, you get the same consultation length and the same doctor-led continuity.
GPs, consultants and direct referrals
Alongside our GPs, consultants in gynaecology, cardiology, paediatrics, urology, radiology and geriatric and stroke medicine see patients through the practice. That means a symptom that needs a specialist opinion does not restart the process — we refer directly, and we arrange the scan or the blood test rather than handing you a letter and wishing you luck. We also have Arabic-speaking doctors available, which matters when you are describing something intimate or frightening and would rather do it in your first language. No registration, and your NHS GP stays exactly as it is
You do not need to register with us, and nothing you do here affects your NHS GP registration. Most of our patients keep their NHS practice and use us when waiting is not workable — for a second opinion, for a same-day appointment, or simply for longer than ten minutes. With your consent we share a record of your consultation back to your NHS GP so your notes stay complete. Fees are published in full on our fees page before you book, so you know what a consultation, a blood panel or a health check costs in advance. For households who use us regularly, our membership plans cover appointments and checks on a monthly basis.
